Code of Conduct for Students

Discipline:
    [A] Conduct or Code of Conduct for behavior in the classroom and college campus:
  1. Suspension or expulsion will follow repeated violations of college rules.
  2. Damaging college property is a punishable offense, and students responsible will be held accountable.
  3. Returning library books on time is mandatory; otherwise, penalties will apply.
  4. Canteen and library facilities should only be used during free time.
  5. Lights and fans should be turned off immediately after use.
  6. Ragging of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
  7. Playing games in the college campus during lectures is not permitted.
  8. No student shall disturb peace within or around the college campus.
  9. Access to the girls’ common room is reserved for girls only.
  10. Laboratory and workshop equipment should be left in good condition after use. Damages due to misuse will result in fines
  11. Students should avoid tampering with or misusing library books and computer systems
  12. Disciplinary action will be taken for damaging college property or violating the no-smoking policy

Anti-Ragging:
  1. The institution has a zero-tolerance policy against ragging; ragging is prohibited on the college campus. Any student can disclose inciting ragging and take note of the incident.

  11. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with students and staff is paramount.
Code of Conduct for Visitors
  1. Visitors should maintain discipline within the college premises and avoid any undesirable behavior.
  2. Prior permission from the appropriate authority is required before entering the college premises.
  3. Visitors will be restricted to designated areas within the college premises and should avoid unauthorized areas.
  4. Entry of groups of visitors will not be permitted.
  5. Visitors can meet with the institute head or faculty members only at the reception area during designated hours.
  6. Visitors should maintain respectful behavior towards all members of the college, including teachers, staff, and students.
  7. Vehicles should be parked in designated parking areas.
  8. Visitors must adhere to general rules of conduct, including the prescribed dress code.
  9. Complaints and suggestions can be submitted to the institute head by using the suggestion box.
  10. College facilities should be used responsibly and no damage should be caused.
  11. The premises should be kept clean and garbage should be disposed of in designated areas.
  12. Any illegal activity such as drinking alcohol, smoking, or drug use is strictly prohibited within the premises.
  13. Visitors should cooperate with the college’s security arrangements and immediately inform the administration of any suspicious activity.
  14. Students should resolve their difficulties with the help of their teachers and the principal.
